These terms and conditions govern the sale of services offered by Next Insight, a service operated by GRDprocess Sàrl, through the website www.nextinsight.org.

2. Services Offered
Next Insight offers subscription-based access to AI-powered analysis tools, including structured dialectical analysis of normative prescriptions. Subscribers benefit from access to a member area and to the tools available on the platform.
These services are 100% digital and accessible online.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included (if applicable). Next Insight reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of subscription.
4. Payment
Payment is made via Stripe, by credit card or any other secure method offered at checkout.
Subscriptions are monthly or annual, automatically renewed unless cancelled.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 40a CO (Swiss Code of Obligations), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital service has been fully activated at the customer’s request.
The customer acknowledges that by immediately accessing the reserved content after payment, they waive their right of withdrawal.
6. Cancellation
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account or by contacting our support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund will be issued for a period already started.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate information and not to share their access credentials with third parties. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in suspension of access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content made available through subscriptions (text, reports, visuals, tools) remains the property of Next Insight. Content is for personal use only and may not be distributed or resold without written authorization.
9. Liability
Next Insight shall not be held liable in the event of:
- Temporary unavailability of the website
- Errors or omissions in the content
- Use of the information provided for legal or professional purposes

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Valais shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
