Statement Normalizer

Enter any normative statement (a claim about what should, must, or ought to be done). The system decomposes it into four structural elements: Subject (who acts), Prescriptive Verb (the obligation), Object (who/what is affected), and Objective (the intended goal). Each element is classified as explicit, implicit (deduced but unstated), or absent. You can review and correct the decomposition. Once normalized, the claim can be evaluated for coherence against a set of reference principles.

Statement Analyzer

Use a normalized prescription from the Statement Normalizer. The system evaluates it against a set of reference principles and produces three layers of analysis: an activation matrix (which principles are engaged and why), position revealers (questions that make implicit commitments explicit), and a coherence analysis across three axes — internal discourse coherence, coherence between normalized elements and the activation matrix, and coherence of the prescriber’s declared positions. The output is a structured deviation map.

THE FRAME

Full dialectical analysis: normalization, principle classification, user interaction, and consolidation into a traceable map of values and tensions.

Statement Extractor

Upload a regulatory document (PDF) and automatically extract all normative prescriptions — decomposed into THE FRAME format (subject, verb, object, justification, expected outcome). Results can be sent by email or exported as JSON for use with the Analyzer.
